High quality residential assisted living services involve providing support and care for seniors who may require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and other personal care needs. These services are provided in our small group residential setting.

To ensure high quality residential assisted living services, we know it is important to consider factors such as:

1. Staffing: The quality of care provided is largely dependent on the qualifications and experience of the staff.  HOME Assisted Living recognizes how important it is to ensure that the staff is well-trained, compassionate, and properly equipped to meet the needs of our residents. Our staff is trained to meet all state regulatory requirements and monthly training is ongoing throughout employment.

2. The HOME envrionment: The physical environment plays a key role in the quality of life for residents. HOME is clean, safe, well-maintained and designed to accommodate the needs of seniors, such as wheelchair accessibility (if the residents require it) and grab bars in bathrooms. A gated yard is provided for security and the residents are encouraged to participate in daily "life skille".

3. Services: HOME Assisted Living's high-quality assisted living provides a range of services to meet the needs of residents. These include medication management, assistance with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and transportation.

4. Social and recreational activities: Social and recreational activities help improve the quality of life for residents. Our high-quality assisted living services include a range of personalized activities and programs that are designed to promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation.

5. Communication: Effective communication between staff, residents, and family members is essential for ensuring high-quality care. HOME Assisted Living services honor and encourage clear communication to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in decision-making.

Overall, high-quality residential assisted living services should prioritize the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents, while providing a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
